Learn best practices to coach employees through feedback and career conversations
It’s been proven that when managers provide meaningful feedback to employees and have career development conversations, those employees are 3.5x more likely to be engaged.
Fellow has pulled together a panel of leaders to have a virtual conversation about what it means to manage like a coach (not a boss) and how it can help improve employee engagement and employee satisfaction.
Meet Your #ManagerChats Hosts
We asked some of the world’s most experienced leaders and managers to lend their advice during #ManagerChats on May 26th from 12-1 pm ET.

New to Twitter Chats?
Think of the chat as an open Q&A / interactive panel that you can attend virtually to learn tactical, practical and helpful advice.
The Twitter chat is one hour long and is fast-paced and frenzied (get your Twitter fingers ready!) We’ll start posting questions from the @fellowapp Twitter account on May 26th at 12 pm ET and new questions will come every 4-6 minutes throughout the hour.
Our hosts will be answering each of the posted questions using the #ManagerChats hashtag but anyone can jump in with their advice! Just be sure to tag your own responses with the hashtag, too!
Each question will be posted with Q1, Q2, Q3, etc. and you’ll respond with A1, A2, A3, etc. before your response and end it with the hashtag.
Otherwise, mark your calendars for May 26th from 12-1 pm ET and enter your email address above to RSVP and receive a reminder email right before we start!
