Overview

The Fellow + Firefox extension brings your agendas and notes directly into Google Meet and Google Calendar, putting discussion points and action items right where conversations happen. With Fellow in your browser, you can review and update meeting content without switching tabs, making every call more organized and efficient.

How it works

After installing the extension, open a Google Meet link and a movable, resizable Fellow overlay appears alongside the video feed, showing the current agenda, attendees, and live notes. In Google Calendar, the same extension highlights events with unfinished action items by displaying a small red dot, so you can spot outstanding tasks at a glance. The overlay stays in sync with your Fellow workspace, letting you capture decisions, assign owners, and mark items complete in real time.

Benefits

Keeping notes beside the call eliminates context switching and ensures key details are recorded the moment they’re discussed. Visual indicators in Calendar prevent action items from slipping through the cracks, while the integrated overlay maintains visibility of both the discussion and the people in it. The result is smoother remote meetings, clearer follow-through, and less time spent hunting for information afterwards.
