Weekly, monthly, and quarterly goal progress, appointments, emails sent, individual sales forecast and deals.

Review the status of an ongoing contest with team-based or individual-based incentivization.

A team exercise is given by a subject matter expert, or sales leader offering up hard-earned lessons or advice.

Have everyone share their blocks or ask reps to raise their hand and share if needed. Immediately address each issue.
