Anyone can share what they’re working on in this forum. Instead of everyone sharing something each week, we recommend that one person share one thing each week to make the most of your time.
4 🗣️ Discuss
Return to the list you created in “Updates”. What topics do people wish to talk about? This is a time to voice grievances and discuss how you’ll handle situations that affect the entire team as a group.
