Stakeholder Analysis Meeting Template:

1 💡 Identify stakeholders

Consider who should be involved in this project’s stakeholders. High Power and High Interest, High Power and Low Interest, Low Power and High Interest, and Low Power and Low Interest are the four categories in the matrix.

2 👥 Group your stakeholders by category

Start with companies and teams to narrow down the list, and then identify the individual stakeholders within these categories. Then, sort stakeholders into groups based on their interests..

3 ✅ Prioritize stakeholders

On the matrix itself, you can now begin mapping stakeholder interest and impact. Consider which stakeholders are most likely to enthusiastically support your initiative and which are more likely to act as roadblocks.

4📝 Analyze your list of stakeholders

When you’ve finished with the matrix, discuss it with your team right away. Ask: What kind of support do you need from this group? How often and in what manner should we communicate with them? What motivates this individual to participate in this project?
